Lead Pastors

Jermaine & Tammy Keller

Lead Pastor & Church Planter Co-Planter

Jermaine and Tammy have spent over two decades in full-time ministry together, from youth ministry to teaching pastor roles to helping churches find new life, before sensing God's call to plant here in Frederick.

They've been doing life together for twenty-six years, and they lead The Well the same way they lead their home: with an open door, an open table, and a genuine love for the people God brings into their path.

Leading our gatherings in sung worship and creating space to encounter God.

Children's Ministry

Teaching kids about Jesus in a safe, fun, age-appropriate environment.

Teardown/Setup

Building and breaking down our portable setup each week so we're ready for the next Sunday.

Outreach

Serving and building relationships with our neighbors across Frederick.

Tech

Running sound, lighting, and livestream so every gathering runs smoothly.
