What Are The Well Gatherings

What Are The Well Gatherings?

The Well Gatherings are Sunday morning gatherings where we come together to worship Jesus, pray, and allow God to shape the heart and culture of The Well Church. These gatherings are intentionally simple and relational, creating space for God's presence and for people to grow together in faith.

While these gatherings happen on Sundays, they are not traditional church services. They are a season of formation—where we are listening, praying, and becoming the kind of people God is calling us to be before we build anything more.

Why We're Gathering This Way

Why We're Gathering This Way

Before launching programs, services, or structures, we believe it's important to be formed spiritually and relationally. Jesus didn't rush to build a ministry—He formed people. The Well Gatherings are our way of slowing down to do the same.

This season allows us to:

  • Seek Jesus together without pressure or performance
  • Build shared language, values, and culture
  • Develop healthy rhythms of worship and prayer
  • Listen to God's leading as a community

The Purpose of The Well Gatherings

The Purpose of The Well Gatherings

The purpose of The Well Gatherings is to develop the DNA and culture of The Well Church together. This is a shared journey, not a finished product.

We are focusing on becoming a people who:

  • Live Jesus — walking closely with Him in everyday life
  • Love Well — caring deeply for one another and our community
  • Believe Beyond — trusting God to do more than we can imagine
The Goal of This Season

The Goal of This Season

The goal of The Well Gatherings is not to draw a crowd, but to form a community. We want what we eventually share with others to flow naturally from who we are becoming, not from pressure or expectations.

As we meet in this season, we are prayerfully discerning:

  • How God is shaping us as a church
  • What kind of community He is calling us to be
  • How and when He is leading us into the next phase

If you're looking for a space to seek Jesus, grow in faith, and be part of something forming from the ground up, you are welcome here.
